Release date of cassette is approximate but is definitely mid 90s (those types of Maxwell XLII-S cassettes retailed around 1994/95). Unknown quantity made. Assumed to be unofficial.

Before the advent of file-sharing, etc over the internet, it really can not be under-stated just how rare these mythical White Hospital records were to even hear, let alone obtain an original of, especially outside of Japan.
