Recording Notes; Debris, fragments, flotsam... collected as sound and made into something beautiful. The original idea of 2005, to create a whole CD comprising of masses of cut-ups proved to be a difficult listening experience. So it was re-edited and pruned back into manageable chunks. Other more diverse tracks were then created, or resurrected, to add spice. This diversity added another meaning to the "debris" of the title. Surprisingly the finished result makes quite a coherent album. Individual track notes are as follows:

are taken from SKSG's live Xmas session of 2004.12.27 with the participation of Miew on toy keyboard and musical box.
comes from 2005.09.16 and was originally conceived as the opening track.
originated from the Sublime Debris session 2005.07.20, with later editing and processing.
completed 2005.04.26.
a 2005 remix of Lullaby from the SKSG CD Atomic Kewpie.
completed 2005.04.25 and features prominent use of the Roland SH-32 synthesizer.
a 2005.09.28 frivolous experiment.
is a real piece of audio debris, being a fragment of a 1991 session with electronic musician Eve Thacker.
is an "original sound track" made for a video. Put together on 2007.07.26 from pre-recorded fragments.
a previously unused piece from the ambient 2007.02 session for Infinite Play Mode, a seamlessly repeatable CD made for exhibition and performance use.
was finally concluded on 2006.06.02 after over a year of remixing and mucking about! Meditation inspired by Andrei Tarkovsky's "Stalker", specifically the rail car scene.
a track creatively related to the SKSG work made for Hayakawa Mai's performance art show at Aoi Heya on 2005.05.26.
