The insert has the credits and an incorrect track order on one side, with So. Central Rain referred to as "Southern Central Rain (I'm Sorry)". The reverse side contains a bio in Japanese written in May 1984.

The 12-page catalogue contains a Story of I.R.S., plus Japanese bios of their roster at the time, including Go-Go's, R.E.M. and Wall of Voodoo. The final page show I.R.S. releases in Japan from that time.
