Track 19 is misprinted on the rear cover as "Fake Somebody (Real Somebody)" it is in fact Fake Somebody (Real Nobody).
Track 5 is misspelled "Afterkife In Purgatory" on this version.

The UK version is dedicated to Jesus Pintado, he died after this version was released but before the UK reissue.

Track 20 Cascade Leviathan is silent from 3:47 - 4:05 then Tomas thanks the crowd, then there is silence again from 4:14 - 4:21.

"Loaned Sample" is printed on the disc centre.

Tracks: 5,6,8,10,11,13,16,17,18 are published by Prophecies Publishing.
