Double live bootleg in gatefold sleeve from Japanese tour in December 1976. Venue not given but Dio dedicates 16th Century Greensleeves to Tommy Bolin who had just died (3/4 December 1976). That suggests it is the full show released in part on Guitar Vanguard (Richie Blackmore's Rainbow - Guitar Vanguard and Rainbow - Guitar Vanguard) from Nagoya, Japan on December 7th 1976. Per "Tapio's Ronnie James Dio Pages" this was a limited edition of 100 or 200 copies, sold only to private people. Manufactured by a company in Hokkaido, Northern Japan.
