Title on obi strip is "IV"; title on labels is "Peter Gabriel IV"; title on spine is "Peter Gabriel".

This album is also sometimes called "Security" in reference to a sticker David Geffen convinced Peter to allow him to put on the shrink wrap of USA copies so it could be distinguished from the 3 earlier albums all titled "Peter Gabriel".
