Only Japanese version had "Torture Tactics" included in the year of the album premiere.
The original US print (20,000) contained the song, but all copies were destroyed because of Atlantic's objection to the lyrical content.
The re-release versions contain the tracks from "Torture Tactics" EP.

Release comes with an obi-strip and separate folded sheet including short biography by Hiro Arishima (Jul. 14th, 1990) and lyrics translation by Tomoko Sohjo.
