Recorded 1985 at ZSF Produkt Studio, Asagaya, Tokyo except of tracks 2.16 and 2.18 recorded at the same place in 1986. Re-mixed 1993 at ZSF Produkt Studio, Takinogawa, Tokyo.

CD1 is a re-create version of "Batztoutai With Memorial Gagdgets" released on vinyl as RRR-004.
CD2 are cut-ups from various records.
