This reissue includes the Only Theatre Of Pain, originally released by Frontier Records in 1982, and the Deathwish mini-LP, originally released in 1984 by L'Invitation au Suicide in France. Only Theatre Of Pain recorded in 1982, tracks from Deathwish recorded in 1981 at Orange County Studios.

The CD comes with a three folded lyrics insert black text on white background inside and black text on yellow background on the outside. The cover is yellow on black (while US editions were gold on black).
