Japanese limited edition box set including the 8 track CD album with picture sleeve, plus a grey t-shirt with the Guns N Roses crest/logo on the front, all housed in the special deluxe 12″x 12″ presentation box with the original obi sticker on front.

First edition of the cd with banned cover, had readings "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" and "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages".
Booklet also contains an uncensored picture of a nude model.

Release comes with additional sheet including short biography by Red Warriors and lyrics in English and Japanese.
