Japanese SHM-CD packaged with 8-page English booklet, separate Japanese booklet (with English lyrics) and obi.

This first issue came with the wrong disc - it plays his first album, "Elvis Presley" (hence the matrix number which is the same as the one for the SHM-CD release of that album,) although the label states "Elvis". The error was later rectified. The correct pressings can be identified by the barcode on the obi which is yellow, not white.

The front cover of the Japanese booklet shows a black-and-white picture of a rare Japan-only LP compilation, Top 10! The back page shows other releases in the Elvis Presley SHM-CD Collection series
