Alan Merrill (as Allan Merrill, before he dropped an "l" from his first name) with his first solo single release in Japan on the newly established Atlantic record label there, "I Won't Live" and "Shuppatsu." Both sides are in Japanese. Merrill was the first male signing to the Atlantic record label in Japan.
