- an SHM-CD, compatible with any CD players, containing the 2001 remaster;
- an Obi strip;
- a 140mm x 140mm replica of the original LP outer gatefold sleeve;
- a two-sided replica of the original LP center labels (“ILPS 9760”, sides A and B), individually numbered;
- an black & white fold out leaflet with liner notes in Japanese and lyrics in both English and Japanese.
