Notes

Manufacturing / release date unknown, but the disc has the pre-July 2005 Toshiba EMI catalogue number. It is a test “sample” pressing, for in-house reviews, and it was distributed with a standard CD, both in clear jewel cases without artwork. Toshiba EMI eventually abandoned it’s experiments with the HQCD format for it’s pop and rock catalogue and there isn’t a commercial release.
