Released in a CD sized papersleeve album replica, with obi-strip, photo of original vinyl labels (numbered), info-sheet about the SHM-CD format, printed inner-sleeve and insert of notes mostly in Japanese.

Note that the genuine Japanese issue has "SHM-CD" stamped on the CD matrix inner ring (see scans). There are counterfeits (probably from Russia) that are very similar to the genuine version, without these stamps.
