US version: "A People's History Of The Dismemberment Plan"
Japan version: "The People's History of The Dismemberment Plan"

The US version is a single disc containing 12 remixes of The Dismemberment Plan songs by other artists.

The Japanese version has two discs: Disc 1 is a compilation of the corresponding original recordings by The Dismemberment Plan; and Disc 2 has the 12 remixes from the US version, plus track 13 "Change (Hypno)" and track 14 "D Plan Rap".

Disc 2 is also an Enhanced CD containing the "Time Bomb" promotion video. The booklet and jewel case back designate this video as track 15, but it is not an audio track accessible by CD audio players. It is an MPEG format video easily playable in most operating systems including *BSD, GNU/Linux, Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, etc.

Disc 1 is BNCP-88
Disc 2 is BNCP-89
Together they are designated as "BNCP-88~89" on the jewel case back and side edges and on the obi, and as "BNCP-88/89" on a paper insert inside the booklet.
