Originally set to be released on March 30, 2011 but it was delayed of 2 weeks because of the major disaster that happened in Japan on March 11, 2011. So, the single was released on April 13, 2011. That's also the date on the official website. Also, you can still find the original release date behind the single (11-03-30).

The main song, "Sayonara Kizu Darake No Hibi Yo", was used as the insert song for an ad for Pepsi Nex in Japan.
