This is a free bonus 7" flexi came with the last/third pressing copies of the "Insane" LP. Those repressed copies of the LP has a round hype sticker on the front cover indicates "最終プレス盤" (last pressing) on it. 1000 copies were made.

* Some copies of this flexi also given away to their fans during the band's Tokyo/Nagoya/Osaka tour in winter 1986. These copies given away at the shows have a cut-out corner at the bottom part of the sleeve.
