The edition comes in a heavy gatefold slipcase cover with insert, additional japanese insert and Obi strip. Different frontcover artwork than the US-version (same picture, but without text). Previously published in Japan in the same format but with different cover on Daymare Recordings in 2005 (PTCD 1027~8).
