From what I was told by the dealer I bought this from, this specific record is missing its OBI strip and is autographed by Brett Michaels. Here is some additional information that may also be included with this release that I was able to find from collectorfrenzy.com:

Very Rare limited edition 1988 Japanese import promo vinyl LP (CBS/Sony 38AP-5024). Included is the original folded lyrics/photos insert sheet in Japanese and English. LP comes in a CBS/Sony plastic audiophile inner sleeve. Circular (4" diameter) pink "hype sticker" affixed to front of plastic outer bag (some English, some Japanese text). 2" x 2 1/2" rectangular "Sample" sticker affixed to bottom-right front cover. A special non-LP bonus track is included on this release: Livin' For The Minute.

Sealed LP is packaged with Open Up and Say... Ahh! T-shirt. No OBI. No autograph. Sample label on front cover is numbered there by making it a limited edition.
The original front cover of the album, which featured model Bambi dressed as a luminous red demon with a protruding tongue, caused controversy among parental groups. The band apologized and changed the cover so that only the model's eyes were visible.
