This 2006 Japanese reissue includes:
- a resealable protection pouch;
- an Obi strip;
- a ‘Mini-LP’ replica sleeve from the original 1965 US LP;
- a black & white fold out leaflet with liner notes in Japanese, and lyrics in both English and Japanese;
- a trading card stored in a sealed silver envelop;
- a clear inner protection sleeve for the CD.

Tracks 4, 5 and 7: Stereo.

Though titled on the front cover and spine as "The Rolling Stones, Now!", the title is designated simply as "Now!" on the disc itself.
