One of several releases only sold at HMV (Shibuya) released from different artists across different labels to celebrate its 5th anniversary.

Side A: is a shortened edited fade-out version compared to the one on the Japanese CD album version (Columbia Music Entertainment, 2004), and the later US 2LP/CD album version (ABB Soul, 2005]).

Side B: is the bonus track from the Japanese CD edition of "Tide's Arising" (Columbia Music Entertainment, 2004).
