Released in jewel case with additional Japanese OBI strip, and insert with photography of the artist plus tracklist in English and Japanese, and liner notes in Japanese.

The CD inner ring has "SAMPLE" engraved, back sleeve has a white rectangle sticker with a printing "Sample - Not For Sale".

Track 4 reads "40oz" on rear of the case, but insert shows real title which is "40oz. For Breakfast".
Track 12 & 13 are bonus tracks for Japan only, rear picture of the case writes them as "Change" and insert as "Changes", the latest being the right title. They both were recorded in London back in 1994 as told by Shadow himself during the BBC 6 Mix which aired on October 1st 2011 (around 15 minutes into the show). "Changes" as a title to both tracks is also confirmed during the show.
