Fourth repress (first by EMI Music Japan Inc.) of 1999 digitally remastered reissue (released in Japan with Category TOCP 65308) under various low budget (price: 1.500￥), limited edition (each available only for 3 months pertod) series. This and all other low budget series releases carries same barcode (4 988006 831742) & Category (TOCP-53505) but different Obis. Artwork and packaging (jewel case, inserts, booklet, folded sheet with Japanese lyrics and text by Kaz Akiawa) are identical as in TOCP-65308 (except that all of them carrying TOCP-53505 Category instead of TOCP-65308)
This is only CD by David Bowie released under this series.

Specifics of this CD is that all inserts and obi were printed by Emi Music Japan, while on disc both Toshiba-EMI Ltd. & EMI Music Japan were noted as manufacturers for unknown reasons (maybe forgot to delete Toshiba EMI or EMJ was using earlier prepared glass).
