In addition to the almost standard (see images) 16 page lyrics leaflet a 236 mm x 354 mm size fold out Japanese sheet is included. It contains translations of the lyrics to tracks 1-10 and 12 in addition to an interview where the making of the album is dealt with among others. A download code that was valid from February 7, 2012 to March 31, 2013 is also given for the five KCRW tracks that are not included in the CD itself.

Note that in the leaflet there may be an error in the credits, the King Of The World is listed twice. The latter one with Ben Brodin on Piano and Mike Mogis on Pedal Steel and Hammer Dulcimer may be intended to be for the track 11, Some Distant Memory.
