Notes

The original packaging, masterminded by Tokyo's TGB was originally released in a vacuum packed, white thick plastic sleeve.
The full-colour inner sleeves feature some remarkable photos of Tony and Chris, mucking about in full medical gear, shot at the equivalent of Holby City - a decommissioned Tokyo private hospital, preserved in all it's glory for Japan's leading medical drama TV series.
