Notes

Standard clear jewel-case featuring a unique obi-strip and separate English/Japanese booklets. The 16 page English booklet is almost identical to the European release containing photographs from the film, track-by-track information plus an essay by Anthony Wilson dated March 2002 while the Japanese one features lyrics for all tracks in both languages.
