"One Week With Jhelisa" is an intimate video biography, with Jhelisa herself talking on camera and casting light on her values and viewpoints. The setting is her native Alabama, which she planned to revisit briefly en route to Brazil to record the album - but ended up recording it there instead. Jhelisa goes through her personal history and career in music and explains how the album took form, whilst visiting local places and meeting people of personal interest to her. The interview parts are interspersed with snippets from Jhelisa's Dorado era video clips.
