This is almost identical to the commercial Japanese release but this version states "sample" on the face side of the CD hub and has a red promo sticker on the rear inlay-tray.

This release includes an obi-strip. The CD booklet includes track credits, band photography and the lyrics in both Japanese and English.

Tracks two and three recorded live in Berlin 11.9.89.
Track four recorded live in Sheffield.
Track five recorded live in Norwich.

The rear sleeve and rear of the CD booklet list track three as "Surprise You're Dead" which is missing the the exclamation points which forms the correct track title. The CD is titled correctly.

The CD inlay and rear sleeve both mistakenly state that track five was recorded live in "Norwith" instead of "Norwich".
