2. Inlay with picture of original album labels (numbered).
3. Promo sheet.

("Andy Latimer" credited on back cover, "Andrew Latimer" in the English insert. "Mellatron" used on back cover, "Mellotron" used in English insert).

Note that the genuine Japanese issue has "SHM-CD" stamped on the CD matrix inner ring (see scans). There are counterfeits (probably from Russia) that are very similar to the genuine version, without these stamps.
