Limited to 200 copies (Japan only). B61-11 Tapes of Sweden also made some copies for fans outside Japan. Later repressed on 10" by FFT.

Pro-printed, fold-out sleeve. Each copy is hand numbered. Sticker label on both sides of cassette.

This was a split label release with Kawakami's C.O.D. Records.
